Who We Are

We are a US Corporation with main offices in Los Angeles, California. USA.

We are a small group of individuals from different backgrounds, with experiences in Enterprise Systems, Web, Windows/Mac Desktop and mobile platform software development and consulting.

Besides the core group, we also have an extensive network of individuals/experts that we call upon as needed.

We mainly focus on the Media and Entertainment, Telecommunication, Financial, Consumer Systems/Software, Products and Services. We have been consulting on, and developing backend Web Services, databases, Web/Desktop and Mobile applications for our clients.

Our History

We were incorporated in the year 2007 with our primary focus being Consulting within the Media and Entertainment and Telecom industry.

We found that the Software and Systems being used within the above industry segment though capable, is not nimble enough in incorporating the rapid pace of changes within the Web applications and mobile softwares and systems"

We took it as our mission to showcase, how we can expose some of the data and systems, using Web Services to external developers, in a secure and controlled manner, for our clients, thereby generating added revenue.

We worked on some consulting projects to help the organizations, in exposing their systems as, Software as a Service, and then moved on to developing our own set of Software as a Service and Web, Desktop, Mobile Products and offerings

Our Goal

Our Goals are extremely ambitious, We want to bring the latest development in the open source, consumer Web and Web services, Desktop and Mobile software systems and applications to the enterprize and startups, while ensuring, that it meets the exacting security and compliance needs of the enterprize.

We want to enable new ideas by providing tools and frameworks that make software development easier and faster. We want to enable ideas to be realized, and as such, want to align our goals with forward thinking companies, startups, individuals, while also contributing to the open source community.


Our immediate goal is to provide a set of products, services, tools and utilities, that makes the software development secure, modular, faster and easier. We are aggresively working towards our Goal one software component/product/web services/blog at a time.

Our Growth

We started out as consulting company and have worked/consulted with companies of various sizes around the globe.

We grew from being a one person consulting company to a company with offices and partner companies in four different countries.

Our growth strategy has always been to focus on what we do best and to work with partner companies as much as possible, to provide a complete set of products and services to our clients.
